Hortulus Farm is a beautiful 18th century farmstead featuring fantastic landscaping as well as a museum of Bucks County impressionist paintings and antiques. Hortulus Farm has been called both "a garden of world-class charm" and "one of Pennsylvania's secret treasures". The Red Mill was built in 1810 for wool processing, and is now celebrating its 50th anniversary as a museum. The 10 acre site also includes the Mulligan Quarry and other historic buildings. It is host to concerts in the summer and other special events through the year, including a summer concert series, and a special Halloween celebration. On display are over 75 bicycles, motorcycles, automobiles and trucks in exhibits showing people and products on the move from antique carriages to the vehicles of tomorrow. The elaborate galleries of America On Wheels feature the vehicles that put us on the road to international leadership in automotive transportation. Exhibits range from the latest in personal transportation vehicles, such as scooters and Segways, to the grand Mack Trucks that help feed and supply a growing country. Visit website >

Throughout the Arboretum you will see a variety of trees, shrubs, and annuals and perennials, including both native and non-native species. The Arboretum also contains approximately 20,000 square feet of display gardens. The gardens were created for educational purposes. They are also a great place to appreciate nature, meditate, or have a snack. Picnic tables are located throughout the area. This is a great place for kids to run around, go up into the treehouse, and enjoy many special kids exhibits. Visit website >

Take a guided walking tour through the cave, lasting 30 to 45 minutes, with a constant 52-degree temperature. There are impressive crystal formations in the cavern, as well as a nature trail above ground. There is also museum containing rare fossils, unique minerals, gem stones, antiquities, curiosities and paleoanthropological items, as well as antique weapons dating back to the 17th century.
