Staying fit is at the top of the list when it comes to New Year's resolutions.
It clearly belongs there when you consider the health benefits associated
with fitness, including increased longevity, weight loss/maintenance,

County Sports and Fitness Guide includes a listing of local businesses

The Bucks
5K Series is a non-profit organization that facilitates
and coordinates seven 5 kilometer (3.1 mile) road races. These races all
benefit worthy causes, provide wholesome family activities, and improve
the physical fitness of our communities. There are seven races, all in
the spring, and all in central Bucks County. Sign up online today.
If you want to experience the natural beauty of Bucks County,
the Bucks
County Outdoor Guide provides a comprehensive
list of State parks, local parks, and Nature Centers. We have also included
links to hiking trails such as: the Delaware and Lehigh Trail, the Delaware
Canal Trail, the Doylestown Community Bike and Hike System, and the Newtown
Township "Linear Park" Trail. Dress warm and have fun!
